Dear Chester Educational Community,

The Chester School Board will hold its February meeting tomorrow February 3rd at 7 PM. The agenda for the meeting can be found here.

You will note upon review of the agenda that the meeting has been moved to the cafeteria. This move is to safely accommodate a number of parents who are expected to attend the meeting to provide input to the School Board during the public comment portion of the meeting. They have indicated interest in providing input on the Reopening Plan and the current instructional model at Chester Academy.

Those attending the meeting in person are requested to wear a mask that covers both the nose and mouth. In addition, folks will be asked to physically distance at an appropriate expanse. Family members are encouraged to sit together as space may be at a premium.

In addition to moving the meeting to the cafeteria, the meeting will be live streamed on Zoom. You may watch and listen to the meeting online. The Zoom link is: https://zoom.us/j/98984411673.

You may also wish to participate in the Superintendent Search Forum. The Forum is taking place at 5:30 PM tomorrow, February 3rd. The Chester School Board is interested in your input with regard to the characteristics wanted in a new Superintendent. The Forum is being held online and may be accessed at the following link: https://zoom.us/j/96104963103?pwd=Q3NPNForNndURCttVjRuVG9PeDcrUT09.
