603 Bright Futures Survey

603 Bright Futures Survey
DOE ImageDear Chester Educational Community,

As many of you are already aware, the New Hampshire Department of Education wants to hear the perspectives from families, and community members on the response by New Hampshire schools to the COVID-19 pandemic this past year. The 603 Bright Futures Survey will be available for your participation through June 30, 2021. Survey responses will provide valuable feedback that can be used to influence educational plans being made for the fall.

The family surveys will also provide schools with special education data to support the NH Department of Education’s federal reporting requirements. Please note, the first half of the family survey is for all parents and guardians enrolled in New Hampshire public schools, and the second half is for parents and guardians of students with IEPs.

The survey will take about 15-20 minutes to complete, with approximately 10 additional minutes for families of students receiving special education services. Survey responses are anonymous.

Please note that "Community Members" are those who DO NOT have students enrolled in New Hampshire public schools. The families survey is for those that DO.
